yeah I agree with you. Macy's is UNDENIABLY ghetto. You pretty much described the Macy's where I work. I am over this store. I'm a seasonal associate and come the end of February, I AM A FREE B–ch! Macy's can eat sh–. It's such a lousy store....

Customers complain that the store is a mess as if its the employees trashing the place we're trying to maintain a clean floor but can't keep up with them would it really k–l them to but something back on a hanger, not bring their dog in and let it sh– on the floor, bringing their food and drinks in and just making a mess of things, ugh and I no longer trust clothing piles in the fitting rooms too many times has someone p-ss-d on them
The cleaning company pretends to clean...mostly they hide. There are rats and the floors are never cleaned. Areas where customers have urinated in corners. The smell is horrible.
I went into a Macy's in Ohio on black friday 2 years ago and it was a filthy mess. No one had even run a vacuum in weeks, c-ap all over the floor. Place was an embarrassment, floors used to be clean and polished. The rest of the store was not any better, Kohl's on the same day was way nicer and clean so no excuse Macy's. I have not been in Macy's since. They are shooting themselves in the foot and then blaming the customers.
