Ricoh of old is long gone, it's no longer even a shell of its former self. There are people who like to cling to the past but it's time to be realistic about this place. I would advise everybody to look for a way out. I doubt the situation will improve any time soon.

@dvwy+19dhMPq4, All your verbiage is vague and sounds like marketing pp slide deck: “Strong?” Take a look at the financial results in annual reports in the last few years. Best portfolio by far? That’s offensive...Based on what? If you’re newish to ricoh you need to challenge and validate what’s being fed to you beyond the charts n graphs and info favorably skewed... or not... ignorance is bliss.
You all are such haters. The company is strong. On a global scale Ricoh by far has the best portfolio in the industry and being nimble will help them tremendously.
Don’t sweat it. Soon you’ll be working for a family run dealership! Your manager will be one of the owner’s 3 subpar snotty kids. Dealer’s “trophy” wife also comes in between pottery/yoga classes and she’s got soooo many improvement ideas! Mistress runs dispatch, supplies and HR.

It was lousy when I quit 5yrs ago. Lived through the ikon mess but that’d be a tasty treat vs now. I can not imagine what it would be like there now and after April 1st. Must be Just. Plain. Horrid. My sincere condolences to those still stuck there.
