Good news! Covid infection rates are plummeting with the vaccine rollout. Companies will be hiring in the summer and fall. Spend time working on resumes and updating LinkedIn now. As soon as you get an offer take it! Don't worry about transferring your valuable knowledge to the fresh, overseas college hires that are replacing your colleagues. They're cheap and their output is cheaper. But that's okay, customer satisfaction and sales don't matter, only shareholder dividends are important. Put the knife in the back of this miserable company before they stick in yours!

Forget about GameStop, Xerox is the best pump and dump scam going on now. Carl Icahn increased his XRX holdings by 17% in 2020 Q3. The stock price is up 56% from it's June 2020 low. Carl is going to make money off of his investment, even if it means depriving us of another year of raises, retirement funding, expensive health care or lack of customer service. Put enough lipstick on this pig and a private equity firm will buy us and then we'll be drawn and quartered. Good old Johnny V is doing a great job with both the smoke and the mirrors.

25 years ago when I was cold calling and told receptionist I was from xerox? I got treated like 24 crt gold. “No Soliciting” signs certainly did not apply to me! You’d think I was Dale Earnhardt Sr. walking down Main Street in Charlotte, North Carolina... I says to myself, “This is the job and company for me!”
Now? Not so much.
