When I remember how nice it used to be to work at Belk compared to what it is now, it really saddens me. I really loved working here. There were great colleagues who were either fired or left the company on time. Unfortunately, I stayed because, despite everything, I didn’t believe that the situation in the company could worsen this much. It's even harder for me when I realize that Belk will never be the same again.

Some of the best people I ever worked with. Yes, I too feel nostalgic, but I moved on too a much better company that appreciates its employees.
It’s like an ex wife.. a few good holidays but the day to day was awful.
