Has anyone left for less than 6 and been reinstated to their original year's? What is they way to go about making this happen?

Once you hit a 91 day break in service, you have a new benefits date if you are rehired.
I was gone less than 90 days. Once I was rehired, I opened an ASKHR case, copying the policy from HR FAQ/Knowledge and my original hire date was reinstated.
