Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Because of anxiety, I crave unemployment

Some customers are becoming more and more nonsensical when it comes to using masks and disinfectants and because of them I am becoming more and more anxious. Every day I watch them touch the shelves and then they touch the masks with their dirty hands. Maybe I’m panicking too much but that’s the reason I’d most like to go into unemployment, even though I’m aware that having a job is incomparably better than being in unemployment. Anyone else who feels similar? I envy even more everyone who has the opportunity to work from home.

I quit the week after Black Friday after 19 years of service. Never expected it to end like this.

Lowe’s won’t pay unemployment, they fight every claim. But I believe it was Biden who signed an executive order. It states “workers have a federally guaranteed right to refuse employment that will jeopardize their health and if they do so, they will still qualify for unemployment insurance." I don’t know when this starts or how you do it.

I see customers scratch their butt all the time too, then touch their mask.

No matter what field you work in, you have a chance of getting sick. All you can do is protect yourself without going nuts over it. Try to keep your department clean as possible. Trust me, I know it is not an easy task to do. If possible, wear light duty work gloves. Unless you are in the lumber department. Then a pair of heavy duty gloves are a must.

Big Marv is a blooming id–t in full bloom... You must not work in any form of retail.... I know what's wrong with you, you're in the room with the corporate id–ts. You make sense now.
