Another February headcount reduction is locked and loaded. NetApp shorts employees like Hedge Funds short Gamestop.

Now that February has come and gone, where were those headcount reductions?
Ha yes, missing managers came back, just in time to take vacation week for their hackathon project 😉
have the missing managers come back?
Couple of very hands on managers went missing all day today from daily meetings; like last august. deja Vu all over again; it's on .. fingers crossed 😉
Just like everything else at NetApp only the insiders get a choice. At least two senior managers took packages last week. You however will be turned down.
Can u volunteer for a layoff? Early Retirement pkg? Seriously asking.. over 50, long time netapp'r.. a pkg would be nice. Would save someone a job too
Positions or ban.
I‘ll keep cool and hold 🚀.
I like the company (no Investment advise). lol.
If you are over 40, pack you bags and be ready. That is the case in any tech company but Netapp has perfected the art..
Yes! A concret date or week would be great for planing the future.
Thanks a lot!
Anyone have a date of when it's supposed to happen?
The RIFFs will happen.
Run Forest Run.
Get out of this company when you can especially if you are over 40. The past layoffs have disproportionately targeted older and longer tenured employees.
Yes there is. The largest layoffs always happen during the notice period leading up to the end of the fiscal year.
Is it March or February? I just joined NetApp, what the hell !
Is there is history to do it every 6 months? unlikely, where did you get the info?
