i have worked for both. Macy's management was bad, but Dillards was worse. And surprisingly the Macy's stores look better than the Dillards stores. I agree the merchandise is better at Dillards.
Dillard's 100% - quality merchandise, nice stores, well staffed. Dillard's will outlive Macy's - guarantee it.
Dillards by far better!!!!!!
