What is a rule if one of colleagues is positive? How to know was I in contact? How long has to be a contact? 15 minutes? Who decides it? How to protect myself if nobody says anything and suddenly few managers go on vacation? Or vacation is it?

The CDC states that the threat of contracting Covid increases if a person is in close contact with an infected person for a TOTAL of 15 minutes (intermittent contact, like if you are working alongside someone for a few minutes here and there throughout the day, NOT a straight 15 minute period.) Hope that helps. Be aware and stay safe.
Was told by my manager that you only have to be worried if you were by that person for 15 mins or more and you were both without masks.. I don't know if that's true but that's what they said,
Same advise in health care.
What does proticol mean ?
Well educated Macy’s employees!

Macy's will not tell you unless they know for sure if you have worked with someone, who tested positive, for an extended period of time. If you don't work directly with that person, most likely you will never be told because of privacy reasons HIPAA. I have worked closely with a couple of people who tested positive but because I don't work directly with them on a regular basis, I was never told they had tested positive. I only found out from other people, and yes those people were away from work for 10-14 days on quarantine.
For any questions regarding covid, you need to ask Dr. Fauci, maybe his response will not change as often as Macy's.
Call OSHA.
Contact tracing is non existent. I had 2 instances were I was talking to a person who went out with Covid the next day.
