Does anyone else have issues getting that district staff to help!?!?! I will text my dm and not hear anything back period. Then get asked by her why I didn’t I reach out. Then if you miss one thing you get your tail kicked. But if they miss something it’s oh I got a lot to do. News flash so do we.

When they fired basically all of the district, we lost any help we might have had. DM ignored emails, teams, calls, everything. They stopped caring when they took on the role of every district staff. Cant say I blame them.
At BBB those two words don’t go together.

Teams is the only way we get a response. Lol.
District region staff don’t respond in a timely manner anymore. And when I did get through they actually complained about the number of stores they had to over see.
