So in the last week or two multiple high level people are voting with their feet.. so far several senior directors - and now 2 VPs. Folks that know and can are taking it elsewhere.

Bill M who took over for Sandy D is leaving the company. He came in with DK.
what's even better is that there are no announcements, org charts or any other artifacts to show structure other than these few folks at the top. So if someone goes missing = who knows. As said at the bottom - why would you want to stay.

VP in ITOPS was never qualified to do the job. But this is what happens when you lose all the skill in operations, it will start to ware on leadership and failure will continue. You can’t blame the associates if the are not there!
