Amazon has surpassed Walmart as the No. 1 apparel retailer in the U.S. thanks in large part to the pandemic-fueled e-commerce boom, according to Wells Fargo...

This is today’s news (CNBC article quoted), but as far as I’m concerned it’s nothing new. My only fear is that on the scale of apparel retailers we will soon move even lower?

Agree. Apparel, other than children’s is currently a loss leader. Overall focus is on home, children’s and anything active. Of course grocery, hygiene and other general products will remain an essential.
