My job here is what it is, there are certainly many better ones, but I don’t have a better one for now and that’s why I appreciate it a lot. I can’t even imagine what it would be like to be without it now. That’s why I’m very annoyed by those who totally slack off their work and all they talk about is how they hate working here. People never value something enough until they lose it.

You can’t appreciate being underpaid, overworked, And verbally abused, you tolerate it, but I don’t think anyone would appreciate it.
I can tell you I’m glad I “lost” my job with Belk. It’s the best thing ever. That toxic company was draining the life out of me. Good riddance.
Yes and how there is no honesty with employees.
its not that people hate Belk for no reason, People hate SYCAMORE PARTNERS and the dishonest business tactics they have with no transparency.
