Genesis Healthcare has a strong reputation for fibbing to staff regarding financials. Many staff have not seen raises in years because they have been told things were tight because of Medicare cuts, PDPM, and Covid. Hager is rich due to the hard work of employees, corporate greed, and taking advantage of helpless patients. Most facilities provide substandard care and do not have supplies that are needed for proper infection control and compliance. False documentation is encouraged so things look good on paper. I will no longer work for them again and hope that SNFs become better as many people will need them in the near future!!!!!!!!

Raises at Genesis is few and far between unless your friends with upper directors.

Agree! I have been to one of their facilities that smelled of urine. I had to tell a nurse that one person was falling out of their wheelchair. I had to tell a nurse that one person needed help to eat. Nursing was understaffed and overworked.
