The work here is mostly reduced to mental gymnastics and I've become too old to play mind games. Still, I don’t want to go just like that and leave my severance to them. Some say the only reason they would give up severance and leave before they get it would be some SPECTACULAR option.
What’s a spectacular option for you that wouldn’t make you wait for severance pay here?

Same pay for more interesting work, with a growing company who is an emerging industry with a future.

Don't bank on outstanding severance...if you've got something lined up and/or you're truly unhappy, put your notice in and get on with life.
