Anybody hear anything about compensation updates? Would be nice to know who our “peers” are these days and if we should all just try to find jobs at Paycom and Amazon now.

With the lack of communication after the BK, it is only normal to at least think a merger is a possiblity. I do not understand the purchase of Alta. Who files BK and turns around and tries to buy another company?
They are not gonna touch any compensation/benefit prior to the imminent merger.

So did this ever get answered? You guys getting raises or a new incentive plan or what? Heard they cut 401k match to 6%. That 15% match was the only reason I stayed that last 2 years...
