I’ve heard a rumor that There is a pilot going on where managers won’t be assigned an area and instead will be divided equally? Rumor has it my DVP is going through this pilot right now.

And what is happening with our OVMs? Ours used to have clear roles, one was over fulfillment and the dock and the other was more over just merchandising. Lately they seem to do everything together which is really odd to us.
My store tunas as all managers except STM are one level. We have 2 customer experience managers, OVM and an MBA and that’s all. OVM and MBA are expected to complete their job function as well as that of a customer service manager. They both close 2-3 times a week as well. It’s very difficult to complete particular job functions when holding so many hats.
Yep, I did a post a few weeks ago about managers being equals. So far it has been dales managers vs store manager. Not pretty....
