So, how many took a job at Bass thinking it would only be temporary? You know, until something “better” comes along? Then years later you’re still here. I am one of those people. I thought eventually I’d find a better opportunity, but I never did - because I never looked. Now here I am 8 years later in management and I like it for the most part. Hopefully it stays that way.

I loved working at this store until these two managers came in, they fired our boss saying he was not doing what he was to do to better the store, well it was going fine and everyone qas happy no one was leaving with these two everyone one is going so why thw hell does Corp not aee that something is wrong with this picture and do something.
