I don’t know about you, but I’m really sick of WFH. I can’t wait to get back to the office. I didn’t have a very good work / life balance before, but since I’ve been working from home, I don’t have any. The work turned into a full day’s work and I have a feeling I’ve never worked as much as I do now.
The only thing I love about WFH is that I get to avoid the toxic atmosphere of the office.

Cant wait to get back to work. Freeloaders are on the back of us working nonstop
Only way I can take calls back to back all day is with me being high or half drunk- so yeah I hope this WFH stuff don’t go away - lmao
Bring us back in. And for those unwilling to commit to team environments let them fond wfh opportunities elsewhere.
As someone from the tech side of the business , I've always been expected to be available 24x7 with a lot of "after hours" work.
WFH simply means I get back two hours drive time every day, but the same work needs to be done.
Remember! Operations personnel average a 3 year life expectancy after they retire. Tell you something?
Ahhh....so you are the people who walk around the building looking like you are busy and collecting a paycheck!! Thats why my premiums are high!!
Me too, plan on leaving once the call to come back. Post SF plans in place, hoping for a buy out but not planning for it . WFH works for me , not ready to face the id–ts that I’ve been working with the past 3 months .
Y’all are drunk working at home. I had one guy sloshed when answering the phone
This sounds weird to me since the work has always been "a full day's work". Going to the office and just being there is not work in and of itself. You must have one of those jobs with a lot of fluff.
There is no way work-life balance will improve for me when if I have to get back to driving the 50 miles total per day to and from trip to the office, just to handle claims around a bunch of other people in a boiler room type setting.
It’s a hollow show. With lotsa shady and nepotism cast members
It’s pretty bad. Lots of people leaving as soon as life returns to normal. Doing the work of three paid as one is no way to live.
