Just heard sick hours are going away and we will no longer be offered sick hours? i am hoping this was the COVID sick hours and not our accrued sick hours

Not going to happen. They will continue to take cost out of the stores by cutting staff and eliminating positions, but they will not eliminate sick time.
just wondering, It’s not true... maybe change to PTO but sick hours won’t go away. They’ve already cut the amount you can earn in a year
Do you get a pay out for the sick time you have or loose it
I was always taught the louder someone yells they’re not a thief the closer you need to hold your wallet same thing about a man of God
