Compared to “Coaches” who do the same amount of work as they did when they were ASMs in most stores the APASMs and all the BS they have to deal with on a daily basis are severely under pod. The 5% bonus is a joke compared to 15% for ASMs aka Coaches. It’s not right. I’ve seen so many APASMs ditch this. And the Mapm’s aka APOLs could care less since they get paid handsomely and their bonus’s are through the roof so who the F*CK cares about APASMs. I say all APAMs let the coaches in your stores fail. They should not be coming to you for tasks they should be doing or should know how to do. They get paid way more than they should to be dumping things off to you.

Ap ASM’s are being eliminated. Why would they pay more and have to increase the size of your severance? They’ve already taken APA and put on FE. Writing is on the wall. Keep complaining if you want, but soon you’ll be complaining about unemployment. Lol.
