I have worked at allstate several years and really enjoy my position. I have been promoted a few times. I love the allstate family and coworkers

The only thing Allstate is bad at is hiring poor performing employees that spend their time complaining. Maybe you all should look in the mirror. Maybe, and I am just spit-balling here, it’s you and not them.
Pathetic!
I agree with OP; this has to be the greatest company in America, maybe the entire world. I only wish I was younger so I could work another 30 years here. For all the underachievers out there, sorry the real world is different than your parents basement. I hear they are hiring at Walmart

It’s very clear that most of the tech mgrs and Directors are not smart and country club buddy yahoo’s that act cool and exploit the system for gain
Hahahahahahahahahahaaaaa!!!!
Good one!
If your comment is something that’s true for you, how do you find yourself browsing a website that is predicated on being laid off?
Especially the section about the company you work for and adore. Makes no sense
Please! Does a “top notch’” company give you a 1% raise because some a$$hole complained about you on Facebook!!! gTfo!
Ahhh yes....the infamous $5 gift card. The token item to verify that it is a "budget year". And a receipt of such a treasure promotes that we must express grand gratitude and thanks to our great Allstate overlords.
Do you get a $5 gift card if you show this to your manager in your huddle tomorrow morning?
Ok these fake posts have got to go lol
You are either a "top notch" troll or you are employed as Glenn Shapiro personal axe sharpener or Tom Wilson's martini shaker. Both of which offer a lot of overtime.
