I haven't, and I changed a lot of jobs.
There was something bad in each company. Sometimes I was not satisfied with health insurance or chance of promotion, but here I am not satisfied with anything. I don’t like it when people overdo it and I usually try to find something positive, but at Allstate I just cannot find it.
I’m only here because I haven’t found another job yet. Maybe the company used to have something to offer to its employees, but I don’t remember that.

I quit without another position. The unethical actions of senior leadership, the horrific treatment of agents, and gaslighting and s-xism that existed? I could not represent the company ethically or morally. Easily the worst company I’ve ever associated with
I’d rather work in a fecal sampling factory. About the same as it is here. Rotten to the core. Management is the most insensitive arrogant bunch of ingrates on the planet. They need to take a big sniff of what they’re shoveling at us. Allstate is the worst of the worst. Dare they show any respect or decency to the wage class? Not on your life. They are bullies and get a thrill watching others suffer. All the way to the bank
Got s—ed into Allstate from Esurance and quickly learned that Allstate was the absolute worst employer I’ve ever experienced.
So glad I didn’t get “selected” to stay on with the “transformed” version of Allstate and even more pleased I said no when they asked if I’d come back.
I’m just not “Allstate material”. Never was, never will be and sleep so well at night knowing that’s the case!
I’ve worked at pretty bad companies , but they were all transparent about how poorly they treated us and never lied or strung us along like Allstate. Here we’re all thrown in the same prison cell slaving away at double the workload from sun up to sundown not knowing when Tom and Glenn are going to call our numbers all while they enjoy time with their families and sleeping 8-10 hours every night .
Man at least at Enron they covered all of my Health Insurance. This sh– is crazy up in here.
