Can IBM get a refund on all those bonuses paid for her poor performance?
Someone should be suing the board for malfeasance.
Key role hire based on how one looks.
Like other companies doing the same, IBM converted debt to equity by buying back shares. When money is free (Fed rates is at zero), this is the rational thing to do by the CEO. Whatever issues come up, she is already on her way. Of course it helps that the tenure of a CEO is getting shorter every year.
add to the fact that IBM brought over 110billion $$$ worth of shares over the last 10 years, probably at a better share price $160- $180, and now the share price is $120, so how much $$$ have they lost in that little adventure????
Ghouls
she walks away with $500m during her S%$T tenure and caused countless family struggles, and AK is arrogant jackass just like gggggginni!!!!
the chart does not include the huge tech stock gains of 2020 (IBM dropped), so if you add in Arvin's contributions, its much worse,
Ak is not better,,, anyway, he won't last...
This is what you get when you put a mediocre person in charge. She never understood technology, so never had a plan as to where to take the company. It most likely k–led IBM as it will be parted out as time moves on Hell of a job IBM Board Hell of a job
And what did she get when she left after a job well done ?
