My wife says agency is really just the Complaint Department now. Of course, there is no pay for that. And we can’t do the stuff we get paid for.
Do you know how much in wages it costs to keep team members sitting around doing nothing? 19000 agents with 3-4 team members on avg.... .. do the math. Not to mention lost revenue from sales. Loss of relationship capital having to tell customers our systems are down... “yes, they were down a couple of weeks ago too mr customer. Sorry” I feel like we are professional apologizers.
