Another round Tuesday...

Not sure how deep this one will be... might just be a few, might be a lot. 😮. Sad to see our brethren get hit. From a good source...

It was XBS and direct. We saw several of both let go yesterday, one of the direct guys was really well respected and liked 33 year veteran of the company. On the XBS side we saw sales let go for not hitting lofty pre-covid sales expectations in today's environment. Moral is in the toilet.

FYI, my layoff this year included corporate people.

Xbs I’m sure - they haven’t laid off many directs in a while. and no it won’t be big. It’ll be just enough that no one will even pay attention. It’s in drips and drabs unlike a decade ago when it was 100s at a time. This way they don’t have to report it up through the government. I’m actually shocked they haven’t pulled the furlough page out of the playbook again. It worked so well for them in 2020.
