How many stores have lost their people lead since last March? Probably the most stressful job under store manager. I would be interested in knowing what the company plans to do to try and control the turnover for this position.

@xrl. Haha. Exactly! The Home Orifice creates these half-@$$ed policies then pulls that pin on the grenade, tosses it into the store and walks away. The store then has to deal with the aftermath.
Wow! Not the case at my store. PL works no nights, leaves or comes in late on scheduled weekend day without any points applied. But PL does know his stuff and pretty sure he's the stores free counselor or gossip center.
They won’t do anything; they don’t have to deal with it.
