Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Any confirmation about tomorrow's All Hands claims town hall?

Rumbling have them discussing and verifying the lay offs happening in 2021 but supposedly there will be no set numbers or timeframes revealed. Just that sweeping layoffs will impact claims. Will they discuss the confirmed mass move to India? Not looking forward to this.

More than likely more jobs going to Puna.... The leadership, starting with Tom can not keep this company in the positive direction with growth, marketshare & profit. So the only thing else the Chicago Scumbags Tom & Glen can do is ship more jobs overseas, cut cost of labor, so on paper profit looks bigger. More smoke into the board & shareholder eyes.

Imagine if Allstate made large cuts to claims... so many fewer people on here complaining about their claims workload because they’ll be out of work... that’s like 2/3s of the traffic to this page

Nah, this company fails at transparency. Even if it is asked point blank they will go the same route as last year of lies and deflection until it is time to drop the hammer in May or June. The one difference from last year is people here and on others forums in the know talk and while last year there was a lot if doubt people listen now. Their lies and deflection this time will just make them look even worse and even more crooked. Tomorrow will probably just be the same old blah blah Transformative Growth nonsense with no attention or mind given to any potential layoff questions. Remember the ivory tower drops the hammer, not us and they don't want anyone stealing their authority and thunder.
