You can do it...keep looking and do the absolute minimum until you can leave in order to keep your sanity.
Allstate doesn’t care about the work environment and actually wants the accelerated turnover. It’s a cost savings for them in the long run by paying only inexperienced adjusters at the lowest pay band.
No exit interview, management totally ambivalent and HR not in the least focused on employee retention or concerned at all about reasons for leaving.
