Someone mentioned favoritism in one of the posts so it reminded me of experience when credit for my work was attributed to a person who was favored by the manager.
Since then I have completely lost motivation and since then I only work for paycheck. I give a minimum of myself.
Worst of all, it seems to me that favoritism is becoming more and more pronounced and obvious. They don’t even try to hide it anymore.
