Anyone have any experience with using InStore Solutions? If so, how was the process and do they ever rule in the associate's favor?

Ive known of many issues that were resolved through in store solutions. On the flip side, about 2/3rds are filed in retaliation for getting put on some sort of counseling.
I been working for Macy’s 17 years. Everything went well until I was given a new position in fragrances. Let me tell you that,if you’re in a all female team with only ONE bad a– guy, you’re just nobody, nothing or worse, a compost,as I was told. After 10 years in that department, we,ALL associates filled many HR complain about that person. NOTHING,absolutely NOTHING was ever done against his discrimination against women. He hate me even more, due to my age ,69 and counting, yes. You can only cry, yell all the bad words from the Pictionary of insults, you will never have anything in your favor with HR. Unless you hire a lawyer !!
It depends on the situation, their primary goal is to always protect the best interest of the company. Also, if the complaint is about a person, then their position in the company plays a big part. That was my own personal experience, so I can only speak for myself.
In store one sided-ness is for the company to win it ins favor. Not you. When you signed up to the sweat shop you signed a arbitration agreement know as in store solutions. They only thing that will happen is the person bothering you will back off. Or you will be writing up for other reason till your gone. That is a fact !
