can someone from district please let your employees know what's going on, stop keeping people who keeps the doors open and customers coming back to shop, people need positive reinforcement

I'm on sales floor regular employee with limited hours, people struggling ESPECIALLY on this Northside people cant afford stuff at this time, credit credit, how when people already been behind on bill
Nobody worried about credit JCPENNY, covid 19, winter storm and no new job postings. Talk to us about the direction we going in. Crazy how people think now, let's put people under more stress
They won't let you know until the last minute because they don't want employees to bail.
Have to wonder how much they know . They could be just waiting to hear what stores are closing and if they will have a job in a few months just like us .
