When a charmed Manager who knows zero calls an analyst the slowest as compared to others (who and too stupid to be in a call or service environment and never get a called out it’s clear this “leadership” behavior is the norm. Arrogant technocrat wanna bes and long timers who ever did anything but Farm and got promoted for being buddies now acting like high tech guys who think they are business minded.

If this is true that person should not be in Leadership. I find that this is one of major issues with the farm. They need down to earth real leadership. Leadership that can understand outside of work people have lives. Leaders who can motivate versus just sounding good.
