I work for Belk in Mississippi. We have active associates working with covid in a state with no mask mandate!

We had a couple of associates test positive in the location I worked in and those associates were told not to tell anyone. I guess they didn't want the other associates to know they had potentially been exposed. I don't understand how they can get away with not telling people they had been exposed.
Sorry I don’t believe the poster. Me thinks they have a grudge and are looking for support
Sounds like a casual Sunday in Georgia. Our state never had a mask mandate to begin with so customers have been coming in mask-free for the past year.
We're still required to wear masks. We have to call 210 before we clock in to get the MOD to do a wellness check and sign of on it. They ask us all the questions and check our temps, remind us to not use our masks as chin holders. Sales associates are reminded to wipe the pin pads more because customers complained. Carts are wiped down more frequently now. A number of employees have been out due to exposure, including me. I couldn't return to work until i was tested. My pay was covered for 3 days.
Belk has done a great job in keeping us safe from Covid19. There is no reason an employee should work with Covid19 infection. Policies have been put in place to protect all employees and customers. The employee should report positive case to corporate HR services; specific COVID Care I believe.
Yes but atp temp cks month ago.
Is Belk making the associates wear masks?
