My best advice for people that have been at allstate more than a couple years is to hold on another year unless you have a better paying job lined up at a good company. Make allstate lay you off and collect severence. Also just do enough to get expected. Don't go above and beyond anymore. If Allstate doesn't lay you off then keep collecting paychecks. Allstate doesn't care about you. Why should you care about allstate?

Exactly the same. Making sure our stats look good in order to keep the brown nosing department heads off my team's back. It's not their fault that home office is running this ship into an iceberg so I am going to cover for them all I can. I see fellow managers stuck in the middle but this company doesn't care about any of us so the caring for the company is done. We all know what is coming. Glenn and Tom will continue to do all they can to pad their wallets even if it means the intentional neglect if labor laws, company morale, employee spirit, and premium paying customers. This company is too far gone and we can only hope there is enough there to go the Liberty Mutual route of totally fixing and reversing all the damages and destruction that Shapiro leaves behind after he bails with all his blood money.

I am encouraging all my direct reports and anyone I talk to look elsewhere. Helping them see the big picture and what’s to come in the near future. I don’t care if people are not returning calls or getting all their work done. I will cover for them until they find something else. Going to pad my numbers to keep the radar off my team while they all find better jobs. I hope they all leave at the same time too. Going make sure we get that turnover result they are expecting, that’s one goal I am really focused on this year!!!
This is becoming the position our a lot in our department. They are panicing about the chats and calls holding but they haven't seen anything yet. The mass decline of morale combined with pitiful raises has even the most loyal if Allstaters saying enough us enough. A lit of managers are tired of it and on board. We laugh and joke about all the calls and chats holding. We love seeing thus joke of a company crash and burn and we are so happy to help this continue and accelerate.
