Came into an email that says “thank you for all you do to drive results”... Can we get real appreciation now? Instead of his an email and the expectation to go and crank out work?

Better Than Expected in 2020, No Raise and now an employee appreciation email....Boy do I feel better now! What a joke!

Totally feel you in this ! With all the new changes the work has become unbearable.
With all the acquisitions and money they’ve spent on advertising, you’d think they would give back to the little guys who work for them!
Got my annual review and needless to say not impressed.
You mean I’m suppose to bust my tail for another 365 days before I get a 3.5% increase in pay which only equates to an extra $100 a month ? No thanks .
