The situation in this company is such that I would rather resign immediately if I wasn't worried about how to endure a new beginning somewhere at my age, at entry level pay and/or without vacation. I’ve changed a few jobs and each time it’s getting harder and harder for me to start over. When I was younger, it was kind of bearable. That’s the only thing stopping me from leaving.
