It’s widely known what the reputation of L3 / L3Harris is. I didn’t know this until I left the company, but quickly heard a lot of comments from hiring managers and recruiters.
Be very aware that they specifically tell the HR Department not to cooperate with any company that calls for a reference. It’s better off to give a reference from a colleague that you trust at L3 rather than ask them to call HR.
Good advice from @vwd+19Fi23BR. I made this mistake and regretted it.

If you think that big companies don't ever get held accountable, then you either have no ability to read or did not do any research before hitting 'submit' for your post.

Do NOT ever contact L3Harris HR anything they are totally corrupt and unethical –just like the contracts generated by L3Harris. It's a total sham of a company.
