The latest restructuring is bound to end in major layoffs. There's no way they made as drastic steps as they did just to leave employees be. I think everybody should prepare for the worst, whether their day is coming or not. I think we are at the point where nobody but the top leadership can consider themselves safe.

Agree! People better be prepared for what is going to come! COVID has brought more investigation into these SNFs and Genesis Healthcare will not be able to hide their fraudulent practice and substandard care anymore!!!! Low staffing, lack of infection control supplies, medication errors, and neglect have all been seen in their facilities. If an employee speaks up about ethics and compassion, they will soon be gone.
