Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

I have always hit my numbers in Pro at every store . Every metric from sales to business credit. Every SM has pressed for sales and threatened job loss if performance is not met . After a while you just smile and say no problem and continue to do what works . This year will be no different for me SPH will be met every metric will be hit because I serve a mighty God . Forget this world system the enemy has no dominion over me . I don’t need a store manager to tell me I want you to win. I win because Grace always wins . Forget religion I’m talking Faith . So keep your head up and just do what you do best . And if Lowe’s comes to an end then something better will be what’s next . I’ve seen it time and time again. So if this is the year of the Pro that’s cool 😎 Your life and my life doesn’t belong to Lowe’s. We work for our family or for ourselves so we have what we need . So Lowe’s can keep the patches and temporary awards and make sure my check is deposited every two weeks 👍🏻 Nobody is a sales associate that can’t be replaced, over the years I’ve heard specialist say if I leave this store will fall apart and then they leave and the sales are still rolling. Don’t let the Pride go to your head and cause your ego to think your anything more then a sales Id lol 🤷🏼 Lowe’s doesn’t care about you more then your real family so use your holiday pay and sick pay if needed and take a vacation 💰 Those are your rewards that you earned after so many years with the company 💥
