Team morale at Saxon has depleted. Many reps are unhappy. Expect to see several changes soon.
As a rep who was at my annual number for 3 straight years. I left XBS and the industry and got paid over 20k more. Couldn’t be happier
out of all the reps at my core there are like 3 that sell, there is one guy that does 1 deal a year, no lying and the one deal he does, we lose our shirt on the contracts he writes, one deal he did we billed about $30k for the year and our cost was around $126k, he sells to printing companies and they get tons of toner every week, it's such a joke....I can think of at least 10 reps that shoukd have been fired years ago.....they do and sell nothing
Sales salaries are too high, underperforming reps are satisfied with this and have been coasting along. Too many sales managers with not enough employees. They need to reduce sales managers and have more report to them. There needs to be an overhaul in sales restructure starting at top. As of Monday March 1 I've seen a few changes at my core that should have been done a long time ago. There is more that still needs to change and move on from.
When did layoff of sales happen - where!?!
Layoffs of poor performing sales reps is nothing new. If anything, I think they hold on to poor performing reps too long.
