I don't get how Allstate can have demands for perfection from its employees. Pure arrogance!
They have lost touch with reality. Obviously they have no idea what kind of conditions we work in and don't care how we achieve this. I am sick of their high expectations and I’m sick of this company.

I demand perfection out of my employees because perfection is all I have to offer in return.
Wait till they do next RIF with no severance (NDA isn’t offered out of the “good heart” of Allstate — it’s done WITH an NDA).
At will means I can take my knowledge skills and abilities to wherever I go. As company pointed out in our coercive non enforceable
Arb agreement we are AT WILL.
So is my career of knowledge. I’d be happy to take to my new employer, that’s how the free market at will non contract employee market works!
I’m lucky to be able to run to the kitchen to make a sandwich while my phone rings and I miss two calls . I try to take a bathroom break every 4 hours . When 5pm comes I know I still have 2 more hours of work to do because at least I know the phone won’t be ringing as much as during the day . I depend on others to pick up my kids sometimes because I just got my claims for the next day and express is transferring calls to me from customers and shops wondering why nobody’s called them in 2 weeks . My customer service scores are down the drain for delays on Allstate’s part but customers don’t want to hear excuses.
Don’t forget —-the demand to work 20 hours a day. You only need 2 hours of sleep a day 1 hour for self care and 1 hour for eating. The rest is for Allstate. That’s your new normal.
