I’m hearing there are cutbacks in RSU grants. Anyone seeing this?

RSUs are given to those seen as essential employees but flight risks. Or those that are a really good value (underpaid) and flight risk. I believe..
I’ve been here for 10 years and promoted 4 times and still get no RSUs because I didn’t come from SAP or Inovex. So couldn’t answer this one.
