All Rental car companies are in trouble.
Business travel is going to be a thing of the past. Even for a family on vacation a rental car is an antiquated cost. Flying into an airport and paying additional taxes and foolish made up fees is ridiculous. City parking, hotel parking, and event parking is even more challenging than ever. Just take a ride service and cut the aggravation out of the process.
Plenty left to cut. Start with HR, VAS, and RM

Their portfolios include several travel & leisure companies. American Express Travel & TripAdvisor to name a few.
A growth opportunity leveraging synergies and return of the industry with vaccines.
VP, RVP, ZVP, SVP, EVP, all are the walking dead now. Same thing with small market GM’s.
Sllice and dice! Then you bring a new team that will provide falsified data to show improved revenues and margins....oh wait we already did that.
