I have never seen a company with SO many managers. What the hell are they all doing? I have a very close friend who runs 15+ metro stores and he said all the reps do is come in and say "here's your numbers". Then basically leave. He knows multi-state dealers and they all repeat the same story.
When I heard how many levels of managers, I almost had a heart attack. ZERO reason for this, get rid of ALL of them T-Mobile! They're not needed - at all. Put the money into your sinking network and lack of phone inventory!
Has to be another big round of layoffs coming. No company is going to pay all these people just to run spreadsheets and reports.

Sadly, I was one of the employees impacted by the merger. It was one of the worst times in my life - going through a world pandemic and losing my job. I applied for over 30 jobs and it was very sad, I was not considered for any after my 10 years with the company. Shame on you T-mobile, a bunch of lies! John said NO JOB LOSS, and that was a lie to get the FCC to approve the merger.

DMs, TMs, ZMs, MDMs, RDMs, and now Customer Experience Managers?! That is a whole lot of redundant leadership right there. I’d honestly love to see a lot of this go.

Get real, the press release was net jobs added, not specific jobs will remain at the same level or status quo for all jobs.

This blatantly lying thing seems to be the way to go. Next job I go for I will tell them I know how to code, perform open heart surgery, create longer lasting EV electric vehicle batteries, fly a plane. When I get the job, I will lower my bosses expectations like t Mobile did with subscribers for 2021 and collect a paycheck. Feel bad that the leadership changed. They ruined a lot of lives. They preach inclusivity but laid off mostly sprint and metro employees. It funny, when you mix yellow and purple you get p–p brown.

There's more to come. There's so many field and sales managers they're literally tripping all over themselves. They could - and should - reduce it another 50-75%
