Can someone explain how many people were cut in HR? Locations? Also, what the process was. Did you have interview for your job, etc?

You people k–l me. On one hand, you complain about agents allegedly not answering the phone 24/7 to do all the service. Then you lecture agents on how their job is only to sell. Then you’re back on the “agents don’t do anything” rant, and pretending agents don’t know change is coming. Agents spend every day trying to convince customers nothing is different even though the sky is falling. And somebody who never spoke to a customer wants to tell us how it’s done. Insane.
@OP+19EUyfrk, in the words of Toby from The Office, "HR's a joke and I can't do anything about anything."
hr be the new guardians of "diversity". say one wrong word on stammer yammer and you're out!
no diveristy in hr at all.
HR is worthless. They should get rid of 75% of them.
Yep, let the hubs handle the service and you soon won’t have anyone left to service. I think agents have a ways to go before they are replaced, I would be very concerned for your job security however, my bulldog could cover your responsibilities and get a higher rating while he was at it.
Agents income going to take a hit just like every other company coming soon. Did agents think the same commission structure would last forever??? I would be looking around 5% renewal comp we need agents selling service is being taken over shortly by the Hubs unless u are living in a cave. Sales centers is the new terminology going forward. If the agent and team members can’t sell look to In & Out they are hiring.
All of them, dead weight, savings to be reinvested into agent salaries.
