Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Can we please get some load pullers ? Lowe’s is ridiculous when it comes to hiring people on the front end to help pull and load orders. Who thinks it’s ok to send pick up later customers directly to the department to stand there and ask for their order to get pulled while specialists are slammed with customers? They pound us for specialty sales, leads, LPP, measures, but yet we spend half the day on power equipment in the warehouse while customers are standing in the departments. There is such a disconnect from corporate. Have they no clue what goes on in the stores? What is hell is wrong with these people? It’s a JOKE!!!!

Outside of the 100 days, we never had dedicated load pullers or loaders when I worked in the stores. Never. Not even in delivery or at Pro Sales.

The key is to make them wait one at a time generally when someone Waits 40 minutes they leave I treat it like it's the DMV Now serving number 30 now serving number 30

They don’t care. There is a real disconnect between the people that live in the corporate bubble, and the reality in the stores. You always see lot attendants and front end assistance at Kroger’s. Do you hear them paging store associates to the parking lot? Walmart always has people up front and on the lot. It’s crazy what they expect.
