Macy's is already trying out smaller store concepts outside of Malls, that's Jeff Longnose stance. Malls are almost dead.
Our Store already pays $15 hr
So no change for us and staffing never changed till Covid hapoened.
$15 minimum wage looks like it will be dropped from the COVID relief bill (as of Friday evening). Face it. . .when minimum wage goes up, stores will find new ways to cut their labor costs. There's no free lunch in retail.
