DMET became SWST and it seem through out this whole MY HR update we have been left in the dark. Now hiring is not part of our role, but we use People Tools and my JRQ and nobody has told us what we do or use. The last couple of weeks our positions seem less significant and things are done centrally. I am now waiting to see if our group is going away. FYI we work from home and have not been placed since the stores reopened.

Will they still have positions? People I know on this team claim they have been left in the dark about some of the new systems they need to do their job and do not have much to do.
They are the teams that make the job requisitions we need when hiring and some other staffing requests. They used to be more involved in schedules—like
shift revisions as well but not as much since SM, OVM and MBA have access.
