They will start preparing for the second bankruptcy filing. They are not in any better position coming out of the first bankruptcy at this point, losing customers at a rapid rate and they will need to adjust to scale down the work force as well. Its pretty obvious union contracts will not be renewed and there will be a lot of layoffs but mainly eliminating union related positions to get rid of dead weight in the forefront.

There can't be that many customers left, only the mom and pop households that have kept their number for 3 decades and don't want to lose it, elevator, security and fire alarms. People still ordering 3.0/768? hahaha should have left. You will never see the full amount of your pension in a lump sum total

Frontier raises sneaky “Internet Infrastructure Surcharge” from $4 to $7

Frontier has NOT been able to stop the bleeding with cord cutters and just raised the Infrastructure surcharge, all they know to do is to raise their prices.

Verizon, AT&T and T Mobile with home 5G service will take the rest of their customers

When we get the new contract, will we be able to take a lump sum again on our pension?

Amazing the thought process of people. Worried about a raise that's less than .40cents and not paying for a deductible for health care while most of the job sector does. You ill trained people are lucky to have a job. Isn't there a tree, C.O., you can go sleep and read your paper 3x over?

I’ve heard talk on this site of getting free health insurance again if we get a new contract. I hope a new contract gets signed soon

You would hope there is some sort of raise but who knows what is really on the table! I have asked the same question about what happens after the 16th as well, both in person to the hall and via email, and all I get is nothing! Hard to trust the union leadership when they are tight lipped

I’m thinking they will do the same thing they did in deland, lay off people and transfer everyone else to work from home. No really sure about the techs.

Simple math will tell you they still owe a lot of debt. Out of 1st bankruptcy and after 1/2 years declare a 2nd bankruptcy. They were in debt when they bought Verizon
